I am registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy and I work within the ethical code for professional practice it sets out. I also belong the International Association of Relational Transactional Analysis, which is a movement that supports working with people's relational needs within a safe therapeutic relationship, where healing can begin.
2006 - Present
I have run a private practice since 2006, working with people of all ages and backgrounds. I welcome difference and diversity in my practice and support equal opportunity. I have worked with a wide range of mental health problems, such as bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, depression, health anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and more.
People often come to me with emotional difficulties, such as grief and loss, relationship difficulties, family conflict, stress, exhaustion and a whole range of related issues that can make life seem unbearable. I am experienced in working with emotional difficulties and have seen many positive therapeutic outcomes in my work.
