A two day internationally recognised course that introduces you to the world of Transactional Analysis. TA is a model of personality and relationships that explores the incredible human psyche. Applied in four areas, counselling, psychotherapy, organisations and education, TA is a global community helping people enhance the quality of their experience and relationships all over the world. You can use TA concepts in everyday life, work, as couples, individually and in families.

Objectives

On this course we will explore:-

  1. The history of TA, its origins and how it evolved

  2. Core concepts of TA and why we should learn them

  3. Theory of personality and the games people Play

  4. Ego-states and how to recognise them 

  5. Theory of communication and why it goes wrong

  6. Transactions and how to master them

  7. Life positions and why we feel not okay

  8. Script and how to write a new life story
