My Services

First of all I am here to remind you that people are better than than machines. Since the arrival of AI there is a sense of unease and excitement about the future. Unprecedented technological advances mean our rapidly changing world is impacting our ability to connect with each other. The techno-social dilemma is the mental health condition of our time, characterised by a sense of isolation, lack of control in our interpersonal worlds and joylessness in otherwise pleasurable experiences. Human beings evolved in small groups, which means our global community is struggling. Online platforms that influence huge numbers of people through algorithmic manipulation create background anxiety and a feeling of otherness in the world.

The biggest problem people face is how to trust each other again since the surge in big tech online platforms that claim to meet your every need without challenge, nuance, skill or any ability to read the subtext, pick up on silent distress and really see you. Unlimited information doesn't really provide the  answers humans are looking for in their search for meaning and connection. One of the principles of psychotherapy is that we encourage you to look inwards. The story that lives inside you is what matters.
